Duplicate Title
To perform this Duplicate Title request, you must have the vehicle title number.

The charge for a Duplicate Title is $20.00. Fee is non-refundable.

If you have an MVA PIN or SSN or ITIN you may request your title to be mailed to a separate mailing address. This will not change the address currently on file with the MVA.

Check payments require the following information:

  • Bank routing number
  • Checking account number
  • Maryland Driver's License number
  • Date of Birth

Money orders & travelers checks not accepted.

Post Office will not forward MVA mail. If necessary go to Change of Address before continuing.
