Change of Address
You may use this process to change your residential address. You will also be given the option to add or change your mailing address only if it is different than your residence.
Note: A Change of Address card reflecting your updated residential address will be sent to you within 4-6 business days. For security purposes, a confirmation notice will be sent to your previous address on file. The Post Office will not forward MVA mail.

To proceed you will be required to enter your Driver's License (DL) or Identification (ID) Card number, Date of Birth and your 4 digit MVA PIN or the last 4 digits of your Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

  • If only a Change-of-Address card is needed, there is no fee.
  • If you would like to receive a new DL, ID card or Duplicate Title with your updated residential address, there will be a $20.00 fee.
  • You must visit a MVA Branch Office to make Commercial Driver's License changes.
